<p>I am a senior in high school and nervous as hell about getting admitted into the Cockrell School of Engineering @ UT. My first choice is Biomedical Engineering & second choice is Chemical Engineering.</p>

<p>I applied to UT exactly a week ago & have already got my "automatic admission" notification by checking MyStatus. It still says however that.. "We are not sure about your major yet." It says I will receive my letter for my major by March. I'm nervous though. What are my chances? I know I don't have a hot SAT score, but I was hoping that would be overlooked with my rank. Anyone you know that has been accepted with lower scores than mine?</p>
<p>If not, do I have a higher chance at Texas A&M University-Dwight College of Engineering?</p>
