Cockroaches in UCSB?

my mom told me there are lots of cockroaches in coastal areas, and possibly including UCSB.

I do not want to buy cases and cases of Raid from Costco or somethin. . . .

Are there any cockroaches in UCSB? (funny thing is. . . i only saw a live cockroach four or five times in my entire life. . . .)

thanks.

we saw a cockroach on the conveyor belt of the portola dining commons.
that was gross and funny.
but ultimately a one time thing.

My daughters rent an apartment in Isla Vista. And we have seen the critters several times. You need to be diligent about not leaving food lying around and use roach traps in several areas.

… & i find this out AFTER i submit my SIR
=[

Haha I hope that’s a joke kwonlita

There are always going to be a few cockroaches no matter where you go.
I think UCSB is worth it. :)

Never seen cockroaches in the San Clemente student apartments. A lot of the apartments in IV are pretty trashy, what do you expect lol.

i’ll protect you from the cockroaches kenny<3

Mancini, u shalt eat cockroaches at sight under my command!!! :P

time to stock up on RAID spray thingies then. . . :</p>

I’m in Anacapa and I haven’t seen a single roach in my room. There are lots of these little fly-like things in our hall’s bathroom, though. o_o;

@Mikksmix-Do you like Anacapa? How is the hall-bathroom layout? Im choosing dorms right now and im unsure

yea mikks. give us some insider tidbits about anacapa. and describe the little flies? :o
