Cocky/Over-confident/Self-assured Essay?

<p>Does an essay like this have good effects on admission or bad ones?</p>

<p>One that doesn't claim the writer will 100% get in the college but one that's totally sure on what he is doing, as in saying I know where I'm going and I know I will do what I want to.</p>
