<p>Officially, no, but depends on the dorm. Also depends on the machine, like the ones that have a hot plate that can be left on are not as acceptable as the ones that just brew into a cup (Keurig, etc.) Older dorms seem to have more of a problem with appliances than the newer ones, maybe a wiring and fire code issue.</p>
<p>Get a Keurig or just be sneaky. I had a hot pot and a coffee maker in my room for most of my 4 years at ND and I lived in Walsh, built in 1909…</p>
