College ACB/Juicy Campus-how to beat it

I was thinking how evil this website it, and decided to share what to do to stop it. I don't get why whoever made it didn't get that Juicy Campus failed, and so should this. I urge all to spam the site, make up useless topics, or overt spam topics and spam replies to current threads

That website is not worth your time it will still be there years from now.

I’m confused, how would that be any different.

Lawl, internet vigilante, away!

Yeah, it is really not worth it. And the site’s pretty dumb anyway.

To the OP, they make $$ off of advertising revenue so by suggesting people visit and constantly use the site, you are helping them. In fact by merely mentioning it you will drive traffic to it so the best thing to do is to forget about it and hope everyone else does too.

OP may I recommend you to a strategic marketing class?

lol. i remember last year when juicy campus was such a big deal at my school. everyone was in such a fuss over it for 2 weeks

I remember when all my friends cared about random gossip like that. Then we graduated from middle school.

what’s so wrong with it? its not like people talk about everybody. maybe i just dont care because i know im never in any topic.

Is there anyway to beat this site? There is literally thousands of pages of people posting bad stuff about people on just my school alone. Spamming doesn’t help because there’s too many people to overcome.

The best way to beat it is to not look at it.

Also, don’t resurrect dead threads. No one likes that.

I feel like the best way to “beat it” is to turn your attention to more positive, funny sites such as likealittle.

that site gives you malware. beware

Does anyone know what autoit is? I’m trying to make a script to spam the website and was wondering if anyone here is good at programing and can point me in the right direction?

Please don’t. The ACBs at my school provide a valuable discussion forum for topics that we may not want to discuss with names attached (e.g. counseling). It would be a shame to see it gone because some stupid kids decided to spam the site.

Ours is horrible people actually single out people and write bad and untrue stuff about them. If that’s not a reason to get rid of the site then I don’t know what is.

That’s a reason to close or moderate your school-specific forum, not close the entire site. Our school forum used to have a lot of those problems until we moved to mandatory log-ins. Now we need a valid @(myschool).edu address to post, and users whose posts are reported as offensive or spam are blocked for 30 days. Maybe you could contact the webmaster and ask for a similar arrangement?

That’s interesting. My school has been trying to close the site for a while now so I don’t think that’s an option.

My school’s ACB page is 785 pages lol
