Momofthree, I'm so excited to see S2's good news regarding Earlham.
Fireflyscout - YAY on the Southwestern acceptance.
Great kids and great schools we're seeing here on CC.!

I'd also like to congratulate everyone with recent acceptances. This is said to be the hardest year ever to get into college due to the echo baby boom - but the CC folks are all doing just great! :)

Out of my six applications, I am in at MSU, Grand Valley, and Albion ($12,000 merit scholarship), all in Michigan. I am waiting on UMich, Northwestern, and UChicago.

I just got my first acceptance into the University of Redlands! :D I just can't believe it, it's so wonderful. I can't believe they really want me and that I'm going to college in California next year. I wasn't expecting a decision for a month so it was certainly a surprise to know so soon. I just love rolling admissions. Also, I got the Presidential Scholarship, while only $2500, every bit counts. I'm just so happy, the excitement hasn't worn off yet and I'm feeling on the top of the world.

Congrats to everyone else who got accepted!

Dear Anoel,
Congratulations from a Redlands mom. The presidential scholarship is usually just the first of more from Redlands. If you have any questions, I know my son would be eager to answer them.

My daughter just received her EA acceptance to Goucher, along with a $12,500/year merit scholarship. I doubt this will change her mind about Beloit but it's still pretty exciting. Best of all, she's now been accepted to all of the schools she applied to --- so we are DONE!!!

Of course, I still the next two years to work on my son. Heh Heh!
