<p>No, an RBS student did. It’s not as much a scholarship as a quota seat. The scholarship still provides NEED-BASED aid.</p>

<p>One of the main reasons is that they can pay more than students from other schools… usually 12K +… ( and that too, very comfortably)…</p>

<p>Some people are taking high school into consideration in college application ONCE AGAIN ! :p</p>

<p>Too much generalization. Most of those offers are full rides or 4-6k.</p>
