My boyfriend had been accepted to a small college in the Midwest on a football scholarship.
Just yesterday, the college was denied accreditation and made the decision to close down. It's current 600 students are now displaced and future students were notified that the school will not be reopening. He doesn't have the best grades and never once took the SAT, ACT, SAT Subjects etc.

Does anyone have a list of schools with current rolling admission for fall 2010 this late into the summer?

Does anyone know of any other options other than military or community college?

Thanks,
Ana

P.S. I'm headed to UCLA this fall thanks to everyone's input here on the forums. I've taken much advice over the past year from this site, but never had a need to create a post until now

First, I would go back to that school and ask them for help in getting placed and making phone calls. A lot of tier three schools have rolling admissions. There is a long thread from a year or two ago on rolling admissions schools on CC. Go into the archives and find it. Good luck.

“UNL agreed to waive its May 1 deadline for applications for fall semester for Dana students and help them enroll for housing and student aid.”

He could take a gap year (do something with Americorps, City Year, walk the Appalachian Trail etc…) or take classes at a community college (like general education classes) and try his luck applying for a spring semester somewhere (or fall of next year). And of course UNL above is a great option!

Sorry to hear about that!

Thank you Sparkeye!!!
I’m helping him look into UNL and Concordia.
