College Admission Chance into UCLA & UC-B

I've used several different chance calculators, from several different websites, and with varied results. A lot of them asked several questions and some just asked my student information. Anyway, I want to know my chances of getting into University of California-Los Angeles and University of California-Berkeley. First, I'm a non-resident of the state of California. I go to a private high school and have an unweighted GPA of 3.6. My best ACT score is a 27, however superscored I have a 29. I have enrolled in two AP courses and two honors courses. My school only offers the basic honors courses, and only and handful of AP courses. Some other chance calculators asked about my personal background. I'm a male Caucasian with residency in Illinois. My family income is between $500,000-$550,000. I have one deceased parent. I'm involved in several extra-curriculars, have done countless hours of community service, and have interned at a hospital for three consecutive summers. I have written a college admissions essay draft, my teachers and many peers think it is outstanding. However, these California universities are massive, and I have trouble seeing if I stand out from the crowd. So if you could leave your thoughts I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

UCLA: 30%

Berkeley: 28%

even though some odds may be against you I would say that your essays play a big part in determining your chances. Show your passion and anything is possible.
