Hello CollegeConfidential,
I would just like to ask a couple things relating to college admission and the application itself.

I currently live in California and obviously plan on attending a college in this state. How are UC GPA's calculated? Do they give you a GPA "boost" for AP or honors classes?

My school offers me regulars and AP and there is no honors for certain classes. Do colleges look at your high school size or ranking? (2,500 students.)

I'm just an average person. Realistically I feel like I could have done better. However, I'm only a Sophomore and still have some time left. I received 2 B's first term and straight A's after that until now (4th term.) How will this affect my college chances? Will they see the improvement?

I received a "D" in English Honors Bridge during Freshman year 4th term. I also received Saturday school. The reason is plagiarism and yes, I have learned my lesson. Was it a stupid thing? Obviously. Will this reduce my chances?

How do my stats look if I were to apply to UCSD, UCB, UCLA with future stats that are bare minimum of what I plan on doing:
GPA: 3.9 UW. (Meaning 4 for an A without GPA boost even in AP not sure if different for UCGPA)
AP Classes Taken: APHumanGeo, APWH, APUSH, AP Physics, APCalc, APSpanish, APEnglish.
AP Classes Passed (4+): APWH, AP Physics, AP Calc, and APSpanish.
