college admission

Hi,I am an Asian and I am looking for colleges which can offer me substantial amount of scholarship/financial aid.I have above average grades within my class(top 10%) and a SAT score of 2080.I am not terribly selective(possibly because I do not have the liberty to be),but I am looking for colleges which have strong/respectable/decent academic program and HUGE FUND.I am hoping to apply to a liberal arts college because I have heard that they can offer decent scholarship(how much is this true?),but due to large pool of colleges I really do not which colleges to pick. What are my chances(i realize that my SAT score is pitifully low)??Which colleges should be my option??Any advise/suggestion is appreciated.

First, are you Asian American or an international student?

Are you planning to attend school in the Fall of 2015?

Also, what is your GPA & what are your SAT CR & M scores?

I am an international student and plan to attend school in the Fall of 2015.My SAT CR:700,M:680,WR:700
