College Advice

Hello CC! I'm a senior and I really want to take advantage of early decision. I want to major in economics or finance but I am unsure where to apply. I'm thinking of apply to UPenn (CAS) or Cornell (CAS or dyson program) ed but I want to have a decent chance of getting accepted. I have 2000 on my sats and I'm going to take them again this November (rush sending). I took subjects this october in Ush and math 1 and 2 which i hope i did reasonably well on. I'm a member of quite a few clubs and i'm vice president or president of 3 of them, i do 2 sports every year and i'm varsity captain for one of them and i have 100+ volunteering hours, my school doesn't do unweighted gpas but i think mine is 3.9+ because my unweighted is 4.2, hopefully all of my sat prep works and i get a high 2100 on my next sats. I was wondering if i had a chance of getting into UPenn or should i apply to cornell which has a slightly lower range for sats based on college board. Do people get into Penn or Cornell ed with applications like mine? If anyone has or just wants to give their input I would greatly appreciate it!
