ask them politely to reevaluate the application. And tell them your passion, how sad you are for being rejected, what contributions you would dedicate to the school if you got accepted. If you got any big awards lately, send those in.

Hope this helps!

Does UCLA even allow appeals?

their website says they do

i just dont know how to structure it
or how to even start it..im so ahhhhhh about this

Lucky you. The college that rejected me doesn't even allow appeals. Damn.

^ And I do suggest that you walk the extra mile and get those letters of recommendation. Not required, but doing so shows how much effort and seriousness you're putting in.

Remember, they want new and compelling information. Why do you want to study there for your major so badly? What could you personally contribute to the university (socially) if accepted? Make yourself stand out in a way that you couldn't in your personal statement.

You may also want to submit an official transcript with your Fall grades (and test scores if possible). In my opinion it's better that they have an official reference right in their hands, so they don't exactly need to rummage through looking at your original application.
