College application activities question

Hi I recently applied to a few universities in the us, some were ivy league and some were a bit lower. However since I am an international student I did not really know what JV/Varsity and other options meant. Well I have been playing tennis ever since young and am one of the top ranked juniors in my country and play in the national team so i naturally put that under varsity. However since my school is quite small we don’t really have any sports teams, and since I played soccer once a week with a few teachers and other students from my school and occasionally play against other teams from other schools, I decided to put it as a varsity sport. However, even though it was organized by some teachers in the school and students it wasn’t officially a school team, and I doubt my ’ head teacher ’ (British system) who I put down as my counselor knows anything about it. I have already submitted the applications and am extremely worried now that they might try to contact my head teacher to confirm this and she knows nothing about my tennis or soccer accomplishments, since my tennis and soccer take part outside of school. however I did state on the “Position/Leadership description and organization name, if applicable” area for tennis that I was in the national team but stated that I was in my school’s soccer team for my soccer activity, which I technically am but not officially since sports aren’t such a big deal in schools here. I am afraid my teacher may say she has no knowledge of any of these activities or that our school doesn’t have a soccer team and I may get rejected and blacklisted by all my universities. Could anyone tell me what the chances of that happening are or what should I do?

P.S Even though I am able to converse quite well in German and Chinese I wrote in my application that I am fluent in both languages as well as english because my parents told me to write that down. Would the Universities test me in any way on these?

Please help, as I have had to do this whole application on my own and it has been so hard for me as an international applicant with no teachers who had any clue about the Common app.
