<p>I am an international student and am applying for a fee waiver. I want help in writing the letter. If anyone could give me the letter that they submitted it would be great. I am applying to the Ivy League if that helps. Our principal told me to write the letter and he would sign it along with the school seal and have it sent to the respective colleges.</p>
