College Application questions?

Hi there, I'm mostly applying to Cal State Universities (my top choices are Long Beach, Fullerton & Cal Poly). But I have some questions before I submit the applications.

Do Cal States require SAT 2 scores and letters of recommendation? And if they DON'T require SAT 2 scores, what do I do with the subject test I already took? Is that a waste? (I took a language subject test)

If I'm going as Undeclared, do I answer 'none' for the question: What is your degree objective?

Does it matter WHEN you submit the application? Is earlier the better since CSU don't require essays?

Please help me, I'm pretty confused on the college application process. Thank You!

They neither require nor use SAT IIs or rec letters for admission. SAT II you have is useless for the Cal State’s/Cal Poly’s.

Not familiar with particular app or Q, but that answer does not sound correct. Degree objective is usually something referring to whether you are seeking a four year degree, B.A or B.S. as opposed to something else, like applying just to take some extra courses for your work.

Must submit app by end date which is end of Nov and must complete SAT or ACT test before that date and send by end date. Unlike UCs (which accept Dec tests), Nov is the last test date for Cal St/Cal Poly. Otherwise, when you file, earlier rather than at end time, makes no difference.

… and if you’re in CA, these questions are easily answered by your Guidance counselor. Or Google.
