I was the one who mistakenly "confirmed" the availability of this yr's USC application, but it's really last year's. To me, it's kind of deceptive, unintentionally, to state an application year as 2007 on that document, because some of us assume that to be applying in '07, but it's not, at least in this case. I like it when colleges put right on the front or top: "for those entering in academic year ____." That makes it unmistakable. So when you look inside USC's "2007" application, it gives 06-07 deadlines, not 07-08 deadlines, and then it was clear to me that it was last year's.

<p>yeah I was wrong about UChicago's being up. I thought it was 2007-2008 for the application year, not for the years of entering freshman.</p>
