<p>Mine was my grades.. And probably SAT I. But it turned out fine, so :)</p>

<p>ECs, although recs may kind of be a problem, since I’m homeschooled. I’m trying to figure out how to get 3 teacher recs…</p>

<p>challenges are cliche essay topics anyway..</p>

<p>Honestly, though, I probably suck at it all except essay-writing and GPA. And that latter’s partially due to grade inflation. :P</p>

<p>.Sh-tty grades (but I went to a very very academically rigorous school. And I couldn’t excel with the teaching/learning style)
.Interesting (sort of) ECs but lacking in leadership, initiative
.Unimpressive SATs
.Essays.. I don’t know, that’s subjective.
.Don’t know about teacher/counselor recs. Nothing mindblowing, that’s for sure (I did have one peer rec for a scholarship, and it rocked. Seriously. lol)
.One scholarship interview that really sucked IMO.</p>

<p>(And most importantly. I was an international student asking for almost a full ride. I don’t suppose this helped my application at all. Haha)</p>

<p>Standardized testing scores and extracurriculars (lack of leadership!!!). I think my essays sounded a little too detached LOL (I don’t know how that happened, but it sounds like that in my head. My friends said they were fine tho… hmm.)</p>
