College applications

How can i waive the application fee that comes with most schools? The only thing holding me back from applying to múltiple schools is the fee, in which, neither my family or I can afford. Thanks

I’m pretty sure for most schools apps, there is an option to ask to waive the fee. Then you put in some basic financial info (or maybe they check with fafsa, I don’t remember…) and it let’s you know whether the fee was waived or not.

You could apply for a waiver for lots of state schools if you speak to your counselor. If you use QuestBridge, I know they waive the application fee for affiliated schools even if you don’t get the college match scholarship and have to apply regular decision.

Thanks, That helps a lot.
