College Board accidently sent only some of my SAT scores, not all of them even though it indicated on the online shipment page that it would send them all. As a result, some of my colleges did not get the sitting that was a few 10s of points higher until between Jan1-Feb.7. Some of the schools I applied to were UCs, some of which will only look at your official scores, not the self reported ones, they claim. While many schools received this better sitting after their "deadline for score receipt", none of the schools have expressed that they have a problem with accepting them(the sitting which they did not send was taken months ago).

My concern is the possibility that some colleges have already made a decision to reject me before seeing the improved scores. How real is the threat of this, and is there any action you would reccomend that I take speaking to colleges or CB or something?(someone reccomended that I sue CB for their mistake as they didn't notify me and I found out really late, however I doudt I would do this.)
