I was watching a YT video by Shaan Patel (Who received a 2400 on his SAT in 2006) and he is stressing in all of his videos how important it is to use practice problems/tests released by the college board vs just some random companies problems they made up. If anybody has heard of him and his SAT prep methods, can anybody give me there own personal opinions?

He is definitely right on that point. You must use authentic collegeboard material for practice, which includes any old PSATS, SATS, practice tests in the collegeboard blue book, and online collegeboard SAT course.

You are wasting your time if you use practice tests produced by other people or companies. I have not seen one set by any person or company that does not have errors in it --they simply do not have the funds to reproduce good questions–as it would require having many experts check and recheck each question.

Agree with yaletutor. Always use real CB tests.
