College chance at these UC's?

I'm a junior. The colleges i'm planning on applying are : UCI, UCSD, UCLA, UCD, cal poly SLO, UCSB

I'm living in California right now

GPA : 4.06 jr year, probably 4.20 senior year ( weighted)
SAT : I got 1750 on my first try, I think i'll get 2000-2100 by senior year
Rank : 43/476 right now, probably 23/476 by senior year
AP classes: world history, psychology, calculus, chemistry, physics, biology, statistics, government, microeconomics = 9 total
Honors : precalculus, algebra 2 = 2 total

Clubs : lion dance, key club, Environmental awareness, mathletes
EC : 1 year JV tennis, 1 year tennis in city's team, 100+ hrs comm service of volunteering at local library, 50 hours of tutoring friends ( not sure if it counts, but I helped them go from F's to B's and A's ), went to the rural areas on the mountains in Vietnam to help kids without parents (twice, 3 weeks each), lead guitarist and backup bassist of youth and adult church band, leader of the youth church band(perform 6x/month, practice 5+ hrs/week, perform yearly at 2 youth camps a year), leader of summer bible study

I know alot of the EC's might seem like stupid stuff that UC's don't care about, but I really don't know what to put for the EC section, and I didn't really do much besides church activities and peer tutoring. Reason is because my parents never had a stable job and most of the time they wanted me to stay home and no one can drive me to the events.

I assume your GPA and SAT predictions will be accurate.
LA - low reach. Not enough strong ECs
SD- low match
All others: safeties

UCLA- high match
you should get into most of the rest in my opinion

bump.bump.bump.
any one else?
