College Chances - I have not a clue

So it seems that even if you are really impressive across the board you might not get into an Ivy League. But then I know people who have great test scores and GPA but no outside of school activities who get in. Or people with great GPAs and a low SAT not get in. I don't know any other people that are like me, so if you are like me, or know someone with my kind of stats then let me know what you think of my chances at a selective school.

I took all of my classes early. AP Calculus and US History Freshman year, AP English Sophomore year, etc. I'm a junior this year.

7 APs so far, 3 more this year
International Baccalaureate Program Candidate
33 ACT and 2210 SAT (planning to retake both)
should be National Merit Semifinalist according to my percentile
extracurriculars:
-Debate Captain and Competitor on the National Level
-Dance Company
-Science Olympiad
-Student Body President
-Business Club, I'm State President for this Organization and have gone to Nationals for 2 years in a row
-School Newspaper Editor
-Mock Trial Captain
-City Mayor's Youth Council
-Varsity Tennis
-Key Club
-Political Activists Club
pretty much all of these activities I've done since Freshmen year, except for the leadership positions, which are recent
3.5 unweighted GPA

My GPA is my biggest high school regret, and it makes me really unsure of where I can get in. If anyone has input that would be great. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about your UW GPA too much, since your schedule has been the most rigorous offered at your school, plus, other elements of your application overshadow it to some extent.

Are you still in the top 10% of your class?

if you're top 10% your'e ok i think. You have good test scores

Does your school send students to top schools?
