College Chances(Nova, Fordham, Boston College etc)

If I were to apply to schools such as:
Villanova
Fordham
BC(Boston College)
Chapel Hill
Siena
UMiami
Wake Forest
Richmond
Notre Dame
U Florida

What would I need to do to increase my chances.
As of now, I have a GPA in the 101% range nearing 102%. I have yet to take my SAT/ACT due to the fact that I am only a sophomore.
I am involved in my Student Government( 9th Treasurer, 10th Vice President), Newspaper(sports writer), and Future Business Leaders of America(My junior year I should definitely become an officer in Newspaper and FBLA). I also play baseball and as a freshman was the only one chosen to play JV ball.
As a freshman I took all honors(No APs offered). As a Sophomore I differed the chance to take one of the two AP Social Studies classes offered(Euro and World). I am looking to take AP Physics B next year along with 2 college credit courses(Pre Calc and Accounting) and will continue with honors English and American(they also offer AP American and English), as a sophomore my schedule is all honors. Do colleges like honors classes or are they looked upon weakly? Relative to my school choices.
What SAT grades do I need to shoot for, and should I take the SAT IIs?
Thanks
Also would I be a candidate for any scholarships to any of these schools as it looks now?
