College chances...? plz help

Im planning to apply to uc davis, uc irvine, ucsd, uc santa cruz, uc riverside, and cal poly SLO. I really want to know what my chances are to each of these colleges. Plus, do any of you guys have any college admission stories?

I am a junior.
GPA: 3.86 uw/4.23 w
ACT: 24 first time- english 28, math 26, reading, 19, and science 22 (science and reading sections are difficult for me to finish on time… and tips?)

Two years- VP of a club
Two years- Fundraise leader for a club
130+ hours of volunteering- hospital, animal shelter, other high school clubs
SWE high school engineering program

soph- ap european history (passed ap exam w/ a 4)
junior- ap bio, ap calc ab, and ap english
senior- thinking about taking ap stats and ap gov

SLO uses 9th-11th grades in their GPA calculation, so you can use the same calculator and add in your Freshman grades.

SLO requires you to declare a major. Your GPA is on target but your test scores need a boost into the 29+ range if you plan to pusue STEM.
UCR and UCSC look like your best options presently until you retest. You need at least one safety, so I would recommend your local Cal State.

Practice makes perfect so try taking the practice tests in a real time setting to get the timing down.
