College Chances.

So my freshman year i screwed around, took life as a joke. I ended freshman year with an atrocious 77% average. Sophomore year i did A LOT better, my final year grades were all above 80's and a few 90's too. I just finished junior year and i did about the same thing as sophomore year, but my overall average was a few percentage points better. I was one percent off from an 80 in chem and 2%off in math (*** i know). Everything else i wrecked in, basically all 85's and above. I take a lot of challenging courses also, and next year, my senior year, i'm taking all honors/ap except for pre-calc. My UW GPA right now is like a 2.7 or 2.8 and my weighted is a 3. I'm on varsity football, have been summer league basketball captain for two years, fall basketball captain for one year. I've managed countless girls varsity teams at my school, done an internship with a sports med doctor (got a recommendation from him) and have done many programs that deal with helping younger kids in my community. I also have over 350+ volunteer hours and have had 2 jobs throughout high school. My top three school choices are Temple U, Uconn (MY state school), and MCPHS. CC is not an option for me. Please let me know if i have a chance at any of my top three, or if there's any that you guys think is good for me. I didn't mean to write a novel so sorry for the load of info lol.

I think you should focus more on increasing your GPA by taking regular courses with one or two AP or honors courses. Colleges look at GPA and rigor of courses. If the two dont add up then you wont get in. (ex. taking 3 honors and 1 ap. and got a 3.6 GPA, then they will like it because you met the challenge and did well than taking all regular with a 4.0. )

Chance me!
