Which colleges accept students with low SAT score(1600/2400) ,major must be Software Engineering or CS?</p>
<p>Your GPA would be helpful in this situation… even if there was some test-optional college that offered software engineering/CS as a major, I can’t recommend you any without that credential.</p>

<p>Well you should know that there are NO safeties for international students who require financial aid… To be honest, your SAT score is WAY too low for american universities as an international student who also require fin aid, and your status as an Indian international student will hurt you even more during the admission process.</p>
