Was he given a fair hearing?

How can they track 4 years worth of facebook convo but not internet history?

I got kicked out of college for posting on College Confidential! Beware, it could happen to you!

Actually, I think it was the posts on alt.suicide.methods that did it. But they looked at my CC history too.

^I’m never sure when you’re joking and when you’re being completely serious.

^no, that was for reals. they thought i was a threat to myself and put me on leave.

HUH?..how do they check everyones college confidnetal?? What if they put the information wrong??

No, colleges don’t have internet access, so they can’t go to Facebook or CC.

I put top CC poster on my apps so they wouldn’t have to check

How do you get kicked out of college for posting stuff that could be false on College Confidential?

Did they at least give you a chance to explain yourself?

^ No, because they’re weird like that.

If they check internet history… then I’m doomed to community college

Can they get access to your ip adress and figure out… Your websites you went to? Just asking

If you can’t do it, they probably can’t either

But ive heard they can check facebook … How they do that? And not check internet history… Just wondering

Are you a ■■■■■?

I think checking internet history is really unfair.

Just because they may have gone to some semi-inappropriate site when they were 9 doesn’t mean you should revoke their acceptance.

So that mean yes?

But i still dont get how they trAck it down

Under the Telecommunications act of 1996, all educational institutes are given complete access to prospective and current students’ home and school computers. Thus, they probably saw what you did. There was a case of a kid suing after being rescinded from Northwestern for watching a video like the one you described.

THEY DON’T CHECK YOUR INTERNET HISTORY. lol.
