College choice Thoughts?

I have been accepted to the Honors College at the College of Charleston and Georgia Tech. I am a Georgia resident who will have full Hope/Zell Miller, but the decision is not an easy one even with money being taken into account.

I am planning on double majoring in International Affairs and a Communications/Media Studies Track.

Thoughts on what the best school would be?

What would the cost difference be and how would you pay for it?

The cost of full tuition at Charleston minus part of the cost of a dorm/apartment at Tech. So about $25,000/ year. But this all does depend of financial aid and impending scholarships so estimating cost is beyond my means at the moment.

However I’m also trying to keep the cost factor out of my decision at this point.

Are your parents willing to pay the difference? Or will you be taking loans?

A mixture of both. I’m also FAFSA eligible.

Good luck!
