I got accepted into Northeastern University and Boston University as a freshman transfer. Northeastern University has the co-op program, and I find that as a great program. However, could that make-up for the name of BU?
Advice and comments on each university is appreciated.

It makes up. Work experience is invaluable when competing for jobs after college.

Northeastern is well-regarded. The Northeastern students I know really value the co-op experiences and have found their work experience and connections a big help when looking for jobs after graduation.

BTW, I would put the name of BU and NE on equal footing. NE has the advantage of the co-ops.

prestige of undergrad, if you plan on grad school which most student do at least initially, isn't as huge of a deal as kids on these forums make it out to be. northeastern is a fine school. choose the school that you like, which seems to be NE.
