College class during high school summer

Hello, apologies if this is the wrong forum. I am a rising HS senior and I’m currently taking a college lab class (over the summer). How much will my grade in this class affect me in college / the admissions process? I believe I will end up with a B… I know, certainly not the end of the world haha. But I am worried about heading into college with a B already on my transcript. Will this factor into my college GPA?

Also, am I just worried for no reason? i have certainly learned a lot in the class and have enjoyed it. Thanks.

If the course transfers to the college/university you end up attending, it might be recorded as a B in that subject, or it might be recorded as so many credit hours in that subject with no grade attached. Each place sets its own policy about this. And in any case one B is not going to make or break your college GPA if it is factored in.

So just don’t worry about this.
