I’ve been researching a lot about some prospective college courses for my freshmen year. As i was researching I came across courses related to physical fitness such as beginners tennis, yoga, handball and more. These are mostly 2 or 1 credit courses. Also, my university has different clubs and organizations which teach such sports. What should i choose in order to achieve my fitness goals. Also, i would want to opt for the cheaper option.
P.S.- I am not indulged in ANY sport at the moment
