Hello, I'm a 15 year old sophomore and I go to a very small school. There are not many AP courses offered and the teachers who teach them are terrible. I also live near my community college where I can take classes at night and was wondering if it would look better on my college application to take AP courses or college ones. Thanks!

AP classes. Since the curriculum is more or less standardized, they are a known entity to colleges.

It depends.

Some universities are more accepting of college courses taken while in high school, while others are more accepting of AP scores.

It is possible to get double coverage for a given course by taking the college course and then also taking the AP test that covers the same material. You will get credit at most once, but you will have a better chance of getting credit at universities that accept one but not the other.

Of course, the quality of the high school AP courses versus college courses can differ (if the high school AP teachers are terrible, then that would argue for the college courses, unless the college instructors are as bad or worse). But also, college courses, even at a community college, are more like actual college courses in format, so they may provide more of a taste of how college courses are run.
