College Courses LOWERING Chance of Acceptance?

Hi, so I have a slight problem. The summer between my freshman and my sophomore year of high school, i took a summer astronomy course at the local JC with a friend to get a year of science out of the way. There was some trouble getting my grade earlier and I just never got around to it, but now I will need to go and see what it is for college purposes. I think that I most likely got a B, but now I am concerned about it affecting my GPA and lowering my chances of getting into top colleges. I'm also just very confused on how the whole thing works with high school transcripts and whether to add it in or send it separately or whether I even have a choice. I'm sorry I'm not more informed, but...can anyone offer any sort of advice/knowledge/anything? It would be greatly appreciated :)

I accidentally added culinary arts thinking I got an A. I was a B+… It shouldn’t affect you badly if you do good in junior year
