I took two, mediocre classes at an institution prior to my actual first-year in college; they were pass/fail courses, which is why I don't dwell on them. Upon law school application, I believe I am mandated to report every institution and college work attempted. So, if I were not to report that I attended at one institution, how would that affect me? How would law school admissions even find out?

Don't even THINK about not reporting them. You might get away with it...and get into law school..and then have someone discover it...You would then have a MAJOR problem with the character and fitness committee. It would at least delay your admission to the bar and might even stop it.

Anecdotally and occasionally, medical schools have been seen to throw students out halfway through their fourth years for such violations, when discovered. Obviously tuition and three years of your life are not refundable.

Thanks for the responses; I suppose that I WILL report it then.
