<p>last few pages of the school’s catalog. maybe 20-50 last pages. or google. crime is everywhere though so don’t get too worried.</p>
<p>If its a college town you can check city-data.com as generally it will give an ideal of the crime on campus/ near.</p>
<p>Colleges are required to provide their crime statistics in an annual report. Do a search on the college website and, if that doesn’t work, contact the college’s police department/campus safety office and ask for a copy. This report will show you a breakdown of crimes that happened on campus or immediately adjacent to the campus. It will not, however, tell you much about the surrounding town. So, if two students got into a bar fight a few blocks from campus then that would not be reflected in the crime report.</p>
