Hey everyone
Just wanted to know who went to college day today? I went and I actually really enjoyed the tour and everything including De Neve! the food there was quite good!! what'd you guys think?

Haha, what do they do specifically? I’m going to it on the last day, mainly because my sister who goes there doesn’t have classes that day and we’re going to ditch the Financial aid workshop and go to Westwood instead.

De Neve IS good. I eat there nearly everytime I visit my sister, which is quite often, and I never tire of it.

When did it start and end? I will be attending the one on Thursday! :)

^ So will I :D

Haha cool! Maybe we’ll see each other, and not know it :3

mine started at around 10:15 and we went directly to the dining halls lol… then we went on a loong campus tour. I would suggest wearly comfortable shoes, you’re going to be walking alot! The campus IS prettyy hilly :0 we toured north campus first (where royce and the powell library are) the architecture there was really nice! After north campus, we went to south campus where the science buildling were and the overall atmosphere there was pretty different… not as laidback lol. i sat in one of the chem classes during break time and it was HUGE lecture hall and the seats are pretty small so it was kind of stuffy.; Later on, you have a set time where everyone can ask questions and ask a counselor about course planning/major related questions. Afterwards my mom and I just chilled at Covell until everyone met up again!

sigh

South campus lecture halls are the only places I’ll be sitting this quarter for classes. Get used to 300+ classmates or unpopular classes/teachers.

these little high school kids i see everywhere annoy me.

besides that, enjoy ucla!
