Do you really think that you are going to get different answers than your November post?

my gpa changed

By 0.10. Spend more time working on your studies and less worrying about small changes in your profile.

OK. I am looking at your resume a little differently this time but you have to answer some questions.

What science and math have you taken and what classes in those do you think you will be in senior year? You stated Biochemical major so that’s important.

Also your Ecs are actually too much. For some reason you think more is better. It’s not. It shows you can’t focus or commit. Having “lots” of stuff is a negative not a plus. You have 10 lines to fill on the application… Narrow that down.

What sticks out to me is the 2 groups you started. That shows leadership and the one for teens might be your essay. I would actually want to know more.

Are you premed or just biochemistry major?

You have nice leadership plus the school committee on health issues shows compassion which leads me to believe a health field in the future of some type.

All the other stuff is nice but can be fluff also.

Streamline… They would rather see 2 activities your passionate about for 3-4 years then a bunch of random clubs your on. How devoted are you when a part of 6 clubs? Also it seems your grades are slipping since your involved with too many things. That screams to Michigan that you might not be able to handle the rigor and be involved in their community. Not a good sign. They want both. It’s important to their culture as a school.

Did you go for extra help on the AP psych class as suggested?

Do not start new threads on the very same subject. Just update like this one.

@UofMGrindSZN It looks like you are continuing to put in the effort this year on improving your grades. You seem like a strong candidate. Good luck! ?

its all because I got a 3.0 this semester I’m going to community college

It lowered my gpa to a 3.66
