College drinking

@ Chuy, willmingtonwave, & randombetch

The fraternity I joined doesn’t have a pledge system so once you sign a bid you are a full member.

I doubt I could tell the difference between beer and cold p1ss.

Well, besides the fact that urine DOESN’T kill your liver.

Drink good beer and you certainly can. Go get yourself a Corsendonk Brown (you’ll probably have to hunt around for it but it’s worth it) and tell me that tastes like p1ss. Cheap stuff like natty or bud light doesn’t taste good though, I’ll give you that.

I think that drinking urine would be considerably worse for you than drinking beer though, in equal volumes.

Drinking is overrated.
I could be making so much $$ in the time they get wasted and hungover the next morning.

See, I would drink if I could. I really don’t like the taste of beer. I’m loling at the urine comments, because that’s exactly what I think of when I do drink beer.
I like Mike’s Hard Lemonade. I’ve only had the lemonade kind, and I know that there’s so many other ones like cranberry, lime, iced tea, and I wanna try them.
But at parties, the only thing people drink is beer, like coors light, natural light, and keystone light. And sometimes miller lite. No one drinks liquor at parties.

I go to a HUGE party school. I don’t drink. No one cares. It’s not a big deal either way, no one cares if you do or don’t, unless you preach about how drinking’s good or bad.

you’re going to the wrong parties, yo

Not really. I’ve seen liquor at parties maybe 3 times, and maybe a few more times at smaller house parties where it’s only close friends. Liquor is basically BYO at parties.

I doubt your school parties harder than mines ;)

But yea, I hate drinking in dorms / house parties. I don’t know why.
Stopping by a nice bar in the city is what I do.

In the short three month period of sophomore year I did drink, I never drank anything but liquor at parties-- I am allergic to beer. Big parties tend to have nothing but beer. As I understand beer is cheaper and easier to purchase in large quantities. Small(er) parties with friends tended to have some liquor as well as beer. But that was just my experience, in a very concentrated period of time.

Yes, most parties only have beer. And at times, kegs.

If you don’t want to drink don’t drink. That’s more for everyone else and will help you study more and stay focused.
