She wasn’t. She was doing the opposite by not entertaining the conversation at all. She was relieving the situation by directing her to the cops and customer service, aka doing her job.

She said what she had to say but the girl kept going on and on to a point where the conductor said she wasn’t going to continue the conversation. She only ignored her AFTER she became loud and irate.

Some people just don’t like being touched. And the way the girl was touching the conductor implied for her to stop moving and listen to her when the conductor clearly stated she’s not entertaining the conversation. If you look at 1:20 she puts her hands on her because she wants her to stop and listen to her self-righteous defense as if what she was going to say was above the situation. (“You listen to me when I’m speaking to you!”)

If you listen to the background, you can hear the other passengers.
“Well if you’re not being profane you’re definitely being loud, I’ll give you that much.”
“What does a being well-educated have to do with anything?”

There wasn’t an insinuation of a fight. The conducter = professional. It’s actually quite sad how you can she the girl slowly breaking by paying attention to her choice of words:
“Do you think I’m some kind of hoodlum? Where do you think I was homeraised?”
“Could you please repeat the words that I was being profane with?”
“I am not a crazy person I am a very educated person” LOL

The girl was clearly out of line. Once she put her hands on the conductor she knew she made a mistake which was why she basically ushered herself out of the train because she knew was wrong.
