<p>Hello. I just recieved a mail from this CFA organization thing offering financial aid for 2011-2012 and asking for a $59 processing fee. I do not know how the financial aid thing works so i came to ask if this thing is a scam or not because i saw some post saying that this thing is a pure scam. hope you guys reply soon.</p>
