<p>Is this a government agency, nonprofit organization, or a commercial organization? Does anyone know anything about it?</p>

<p>I received a little, urging me to apply for money. I was going to until I saw the note to send $48 along with the application. I do not know if it is a scam or something similar to the PROFOLE from Collegeboard. I have until May 31 to reply. If anyone knows anything about it please explain to me what College Financial Advisory is. </p>
