<p>You can learn accounting at literally hundreds of colleges. Heck, basic and intermediate accounting courses are taught online. In addition to Texas, BYU is highly ranked in accounting. But colleges who are ranked highly are big on theory, which is not really needed to get a job. </p>
<p>Apply broadly to colleges with undergrad biz schools. Wharton might be a stretch with your SAT-1 score. Look at NYU, USC, Emory, for example. (The first two have large international contingents.) Also, Michigan, Cal-Haas, UC Irvine, Cornell-ED. Georgetown, Boston College, Wake Forest…</p>
