college for asians

it is so hard for asians to get into good colleges, too much competition. biased? probably. asians have to compete against asians, or else all the colleges would consist of asians and people from india.

Asian kids have a tendency for high grades, high scores…and bland applications. There’s no horrible discrimination against Asian students.

False.

People from India are Asians.

Subcontinent is technically different than the rest of Asia.

there’s no discrimination, although asians have to work hard to not fall into the study hard/not leadership material stereotype in the eyes of the admissions. but somewhat of a sidebar, asians i know tend to overvalue the affiliation with a prestigious university, your life is not set once u get in harvard.

Actually, most of the very best colleges have very high percentages of Asians relative to the Asian population in the U.S. Therefore, if you are born Asian in the U.S., your chance of making it to a top college is actually higher than that of all other races.
