some i thought of are syracuse university, ohio university, university of san diego...
can u guys tell me more universities where communications are good (in big cities or sub urbs)....for a b gpa student and 1800+ SAT scores....also in the region of $35-50 thousand dollars with chances of gettin financial aid for international students\
