<p>I am confused, when I start applying/interviewing for jobs in a few years, which gpa do employers look at? On my account, I have like 2 different gpa; one for Cal Poly only gpa, and then total ed(cal poly+cc) gpa.</p>

<p>I work for Southern California Edison. We have a college intern program that is really a great opportunity for current college students. One of the requirements is a 3.0 GPA, and they are looking at TOTAL college GPA - not just the most recent school, not only your major classes, but the total cumulative GPA. I can’t speak for any other employers out there.</p>
