College Grades

How do college trancripts work? As far as I'm concerned, I know there is gpa difference for + and - so does the transcript reflect if you achieved a + or -.

It depends on the school. A very common scale:
A/A+ = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7

That is the most common one ^^^, but I have heard of some colleges going by

A = 4.0
A- = 3.67
B+ = 3.33
B = 3.0
etc.

My school:

A = 4.0
B+ = 3.5
B = 3.0
C+ = 2.5
C = 2.0
D+ = 1.5
D = 1.0
F/NC/INC/WF, etc. = 0.0

My undergrad school didn’t have +/- grades, so you just got a 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0 for a course.

I think they do +/- grades here, including an A+, but I haven’t gotten a +/- grade yet, so I can’t say.

In short, it depends on the college.
