College Help Please!!

Hi I'm a junior in high school and do not know everything about college choices so I have some questions about scholarships and schools.

Weighted GPA: 95.55(that is just my first two years)
Unweighted GPA: Do not know an official number, but it is above 90 b/c i got nominated into NHS
AP Classes by my graduation: AP Chem, AP Econ, AP Calc, AP Environmental Science, AP Stat
Extra Curriculars:
Winter Track and Spring Track all 4 years,
Cross Country sophomore to senior year, Captain for Cross country senior year,
8 Varsity letters,
Member of Interact sophomore to senior year,
Member of NHS junior and senior year,
Active member with my church: Youth group, vacation bible school, mission trips, 30 hour famine,
Volunteer hours-not calculated atm but well into the hundreds due to interact(volunteer) club and frequent activities in church i would estimate to 200-250 hours.

SAT Scores-Not planning on taking ACT, Haven't taken it yet--am taking it in december and march
Estimated scores based on PSAT scores
700-800 Math-my strongest by far
600-700 CR- my weakest
650-700 Writing
I feel in December I will get at least a 1900 and that is if I have a bad testing day and with very little prep (some practice test by myself and the PSAT's) and could get a 2100 with a very good day and friendly test.
I expect my score to be much higher in March because I am taking a 6 week course(12 Classes) starting after the December SAT. A very respected course among my town(A Blue Ribbon School). I expect it to range from 2050 to 2200
Obviously, you are taking my word for these opinions, but I feel I am being very realistic.

I would like to go into engineering but am unsure of the specific type. I plan to go to a college that has a respectable overall engineering program and discovering my specific major based on my personal experiences and such. I am somewhat limited on college $. Rutgers would be instate for me and their whole cost is estimated to be roughly 30,000 per Collegeboard. My future college needs to be around that cost after scholarships. There is some wiggle room however. My college could be 7000 more but not preferred.

I am not trying to get into ivies but more schools like UCF, UF, NC State. Those are really all I know. If u have any other colleges like those, please suggest. An important question I have is, based on my stats, would I get merit aid, scholarships to UCF, UF, or NC State? How much? I am confident in my ability to get in to those schools, but scholarships will be a major factor. Thanks I know this is long. I appreciate all future responses greatly. LASTLY, PLZ BE HONEST!!!

get your parents to help you run the net price calculator found on the FA page of each of these colleges. If they object for any reason, point out to them that there’s no point having schools on your list that you cannot afford to go to. The npc will give you an Estimated Family Contribution, and you should talk over this figure with your parents. The EFC probably won’t include merit aid but it will give you a fair estimate of need-based grants, loans, and work-study you’d possibly get. It’s fairly accurate. Then get back to us.

As for your chances at the schools you name, we’ll know more when you get the SAT scores back.

It’s unlikely you’ll get sufficient scholarships from OOS to have the same costs in Florida or North Carolina as in New Jersey. If you want to go out of state, look at private universities such as Olin, Rose Hulman, Pitt if you can increase your SAT CR+M by senior year (Pitt has scholarships for high SAT scores), UAlabama Engineering (automatic scholarships and honors college in addition to engineering).
(If your scores are really good and you’re doing something exceptional in your free time, look at HarveyMudd.)

I got a 710 CR, 790 Math, 700 on writing–10 essay
2200 Total
Better than I expected so what schools for engineering could I get scholarships to?
Thanks
