College in Spain?

<p>I absolutely love the Spanish language and I was thinking about going to college in Spain. It seems like my options would be limited though because I'd have to go to a college taught in English (I will have only had 6 years of high school Spanish by then). How hard is it to get into an international school? And does anyone know how if might affect me later when I apply to grad school/ medical school?</p>
