I have an upcoming interview at a Starbucks. It seems like an informal location so what should I wear?

Ever seen Dumb & Dumber? Wear the orange tux.

Lol thanks a lot ... seriously though

Would it be bad if I bought a drink and brought it to the interview? Would it be a nice gesture to buy my interviewer a drink? Or would it be percieved as 'sucking up'?

I think you can just wear jeans and a polo or something. Nice, but not conspicuously "dressed up."

Buying your own beverage is perfectly fine, and I don't see anything wrong with at least offering to buy one for your interviewer. It's just being polite. He/she will probably pay for his/her own, though. Good luck!

Personally, I would wear khaki pants and a nice button up shirt. Kinda dressy, but not overly. Also, I might be a drink, it would all depend on the circumstances.

Ok thanks a lot guys

I just had a Starbucks interview like an hour ago. I showed up a bit early, grabbed a drink, and found a nicely situated spot to sit and see the door. When my interviewer showed up, I got up, shook her hand, offered to buy a drink (she declined, and bought her own), and started a conversation.

Don't act too awkward about the situation; it'll be noticeable then.

i had a starbucks interview, i wore the t-shirt they sent me in the mail, and shorts that I owned that happened to be the school color.

shorts?? what's the weather like?
I bundled up in a coat, hat, gloves, boots etc. for my interview, and I was still cold walking from the store to my car!

Do you think it's rude if Im sipping my drink

^^??
like when the interviewer is talking, and you're thirsty so you want to take a drink? umm.. that's fine. I don't see how it isn't. But if you are doing it on purpose and really loudly, I can imagine that the interviewer is going to take it in an offensive way.
